Welcome to Fast Lane Detailing Solutions.

By booking a service through our site, you agree to the following terms:


1. Mobile Service Agreement

We provide mobile detailing at your location.

You agree to provide safe, legal, and accessible space for us to work.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if conditions are unsafe or access is restricted.


2. Service Limitations

Results depend on vehicle condition, surface material, and service package selected.

Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other issues may incur an additional charge or require more time.

We’ll always confirm before doing any extra work.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other uncontrollable conditions.


4. Payments

Payment is due upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.

We accept cash, Zelle, or other methods noted at time of booking.

Late payments may result in added fees or refusal of future service.


5. Damage & Liability

We take every precaution to protect your vehicle.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, electrical issues, or worn/missing parts.

Before/after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes.


6. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction

For premium services like coatings or corrections, you’ll receive care instructions.

Failure to follow post-service care may affect results and void any service guarantee.


7. SMS/Text Messaging

Fast Lane Detailing SMS Alerts

By opting in, you'll receive text messages related to your appointments, service updates, confirmations, promotions, and general communication from Fast Lane Detailing Solutions.


You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode.

Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Message frequency varies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
